Sprinter limos and Sprinter vans are a sharp choice for smaller groups headed to a corporate dinner at the Shinola Hotel or a birthday crawl through Midtown, with leather seating, individual reading lights, and USB charging at every seat. Detroit Party Bus Rental Costs
Detroit party bus and charter bus rates vary based on vehicle size, your date, and the length of your trip. To give you an idea of pricing, 14-passenger Sprinter limos run roughly $150–$300/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $175–$350/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $210–$390/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $260–$450/hour; and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses run $130–$280/hour or $1,100–$2,200/day. Detroitpartybuscompany.com takes the transportation piece completely off your plate.

Party Bus Services in Detroit
Detroitpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find group transportation for every occasion across Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. From airport pickups at DTW and game-day runs to Ford Field, to bachelorette nights through Greektown and prom nights across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties — whatever brings your group together, there's a bus ready for it. Call 313-487-9260 to get your group moving today!

Detroit Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a large group in and out of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) (1 Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Romulus, MI 48242) is a different exercise than solo travel. DTW is located about 20 miles southwest of downtown Detroit — a straight shot via I-94, though the interchange at I-275 and Michigan Avenue sees consistent congestion during morning and evening peaks. The airport splits arrivals between the McNamara Terminal and the North Terminal, and commercial ground transportation uses the Ground Transportation Center adjacent to McNamara.
Once your full group has cleared baggage claim and assembled at the curb, make sure the bus can move to the correct commercial pickup lane. Do not call for the bus until the full group is together with luggage — timing at a busy airport corridor is everything.
For groups flying into DTW for a Lions game, a Red Wings playoff run, or the Detroit Auto Show, a direct bus transfer from the terminal to your downtown hotel skips the rental car counter entirely and keeps everyone on the same page. Call 313-487-9260 to set up your Detroit airport transportation today!

Detroit Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Your bachelorette itinerary does not have to be constrained by parking meters and rideshare wait times. A Detroit party bus rental lets the crew hit cocktail bars in Corktown, work through the Midtown scene, land at the Greektown Casino for a spin or two, and close the night wherever the group takes it — all without anyone worrying about getting back to the hotel. The whole crew stays together from the first pickup to the final drop-off, with a full-length bar and Bluetooth sound keeping the energy up on every leg.
Start the evening with rooftop drinks at the Monarch Club atop the Shinola Hotel or dinner at Apparatus Room, then hit the Greektown corridor on Monroe Street, check out Detroit's Greektown nightlife scene, or roll on to Marble Bar in the Eastern Market neighborhood for the late crowd. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus is the right pick for a bachelorette where the plan is loose and the night is long. Call 313-487-9260 now for Detroit bachelor and bachelorette transportation options and pricing!

Detroit Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Detroit takes milestone birthdays seriously, and a party bus arrival makes an entrance the whole group remembers. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are the right pick for everything from a Sweet 16 with the whole friend group to a 40th birthday crawl through Midtown and Corktown. You can request white, black, or silver bus options depending on your party's color scheme.
For Sweet 16s and Quinceañera celebrations, popular destinations include banquet halls in Dearborn, Warren, and Sterling Heights — communities across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties that go all-out for these celebrations. Whether the party is heading to a venue in Dearborn or rolling from a Sterling Heights hall to a restaurant stop on Woodward, a bus found through Detroitpartybuscompany.com handles pickup, drop-off, and routing across the Metro Detroit region. For adult milestone birthdays, the Greektown and Midtown nightlife corridors are perennial favorites.

Detroit Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Forget spending 45 minutes stuck on Sashabaw Road trying to exit I-75 after a show at Pine Knob Music Theatre (33 Bob Seger Dr, Clarkston, MI 48346). Pine Knob — the 15,000-capacity outdoor amphitheater about 40 miles north of downtown — is one of the busiest summer concert destinations in the Midwest, and on sold-out nights the I-75 northbound approach backs up well past the Dixie Highway interchange. Parking runs $30 and up, and the wait to exit the lots after a show can stretch an hour on its own.
The same calculus applies to Meadow Brook Amphitheatre at Oakland University (601 Arts Dr, Rochester Hills, MI 48309) — Squirrel Road and Walton Boulevard both bottleneck on concert nights, and the lots closest to the gates fill first. For shows at the Fillmore Detroit (2115 Woodward Ave) or Little Caesars Arena downtown, a Detroit concert party bus rental with a built-in bar and LED lighting means the energy is already running before your group reaches the door. Input your trip details once, then compare vehicle options and pricing in seconds!

Detroit Corporate Event Transportation
Huntington Place (1 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226) draws tens of thousands of convention attendees downtown each year, and the Detroit Auto Show alone packs the building for two full weeks every January. Street parking in the Riverfront corridor disappears fast on major convention days, and the parking structures within walking distance of Huntington Place routinely fill to capacity by mid-morning during NAIAS week. A minibus or charter bus shuttle running loops between Midtown hotels, the Renaissance Center, and the Huntington Place entrance keeps your team on schedule and off the parking hunt entirely.
For executive transfers to a dinner in the Corktown corridor or a corporate evening at the Detroit Riverfront, a Sprinter van handles smaller VIP groups with comfortable leather seating and a clean arrival. Recurring shuttle routes between Troy or Southfield office parks and a downtown meeting venue are also available. Call 313-487-9260 to put together a Detroit corporate event transportation package!

Detroit Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing across Metro Detroit? A Detroit private charter bus or party bus rental keeps your full itinerary flowing, whether you're organizing a family reunion, a church retreat, or a summer group outing during the Woodward Dream Cruise in August.
The Woodward Dream Cruise — the world's largest single-day automotive event — draws an estimated 1.5 million spectators to the Woodward Avenue corridor between Detroit and Pontiac each August. Woodward itself becomes a crawl, and parking along the route disappears hours before the official start. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at a designated spectator spot along the corridor and picks everyone up afterward, instead of your crew scrambling across multiple side streets in separate cars.
For family gatherings at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak, Eastern Market on a Saturday, or a multi-stop reunion itinerary across the metro, one flat bus rate beats coordinating a caravan across I-75 and I-96. Call 313-487-9260 to plan your Detroit private event transportation!

Detroit Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season — late April through May — is the single busiest period for party bus and charter bus demand across Metro Detroit, with high schools in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties scheduling proms in a concentrated six-week window. Vehicles get claimed early in this market, and waiting until spring to shop means paying a significant rate premium or finding nothing available. For prom: book by December or expect higher pricing or no availability.
A typical prom rental for 25 to 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Belle Isle or Campus Martius Park, venue arrival, and an after-party return — runs roughly $1,400–$1,900 all-inclusive when booked four to six months early, but can climb to $2,500 and up if you wait until March or April. Those figures are a rough planning guide, not a guaranteed rate. Detroitpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare bus sizes side by side and confirm your pickup plan well ahead of the spring rush. Compare your options and get moving — call 313-487-9260 to get started!

Detroit School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones in Metro Detroit can compare bus options and get quotes quickly through Detroitpartybuscompany.com — call 313-487-9260 to help work out the logistics. Juggling parent carpools, navigating parking at the destination, and keeping a group of students together across Metro Detroit is enough of a challenge without adding transportation logistics on top of it.
Charter buses for school field trips in Detroit typically include TV monitors for the ride to the Michigan Science Center (5020 John R St, Detroit, MI 48202) or the Detroit Children's Museum (67 E Kirby St, Detroit, MI 48202), a PA system so chaperones can address the group without shouting, and overhead storage for backpacks and lunchboxes. For longer drives out to the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn (20900 Oakwood Blvd, Dearborn, MI 48124), onboard restrooms on select vehicles make the run genuinely comfortable for a full class. ADA-accessible buses are available — just mention it when you request your quote!

Detroit Sporting Event Transportation
Detroit sports fans know the I-375 and Brush Street corridors around Ford Field on Lions game days — a 65,000-plus crowd pouring into downtown from every direction, with parking lots charging $40 to $60 and selling out for marquee matchups weeks in advance. Rideshare pickup after the game relocates to designated zones on Bates Street, and the wait times on a Monday Night Football evening are not short. A Detroit party bus or charter bus rental to Ford Field changes the entire equation: your group arrives together, the pregame energy builds on the way in, and the exit is already arranged.
For Red Wings and Pistons games at Little Caesars Arena (2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201), the District Detroit parking structures fill quickly on weekend nights, and the rideshare and accessible drop-off area sits along Fisher Service Drive west of Woodward Avenue. And for Tigers games at Comerica Park (2100 Woodward Ave), the Woodward corridor handles both venues in the same block — on an afternoon game with a Red Wings playoff night to follow, that intersection earns its reputation. See the Ford Field bus rental guide for the full approach and staging breakdown.

Detroit Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Say “I do” knowing your guests have a smooth, well-timed ride. A Detroit wedding shuttle keeps travel flowing between hotel blocks, ceremony spaces, and reception venues across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties — and it takes parking and navigation completely off your guests’ plates.
If the reception is at the Colony Club in Midtown (2310 Park Ave, Detroit, MI 48201), at a waterfront venue along the Detroit River, or at a hall in Dearborn or Sterling Heights, downtown one-way street patterns and premium valet pricing on weekends can make parking a genuine headache for out-of-town guests who don’t know the grid. A wedding minibus running clean loops from your Renaissance Center hotel block to the ceremony venue means nobody misses the first toast because they couldn’t find parking on Jefferson Avenue. Nobody in your wedding party navigates unfamiliar one-way streets or walks three blocks in formalwear in a Michigan January, either.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes a perfect bridal party vehicle on the wedding day itself. Call 313-487-9260 to get your wedding transportation quote today!

Detroit Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Southeast Michigan has a genuine craft beverage scene worth exploring, and a party bus or minibus rental turns a brewery or winery crawl into an event in itself — nobody has to sit out the tasting to be the sober one in the group. The communities north of Detroit along Woodward and throughout the Corktown and Eastern Market neighborhoods have seen a wave of craft breweries open over the past decade.
Wherever your crawl takes the group — from Atwater Brewery in the Rivertown neighborhood (237 Joseph Campau Ave, Detroit, MI 48207) to Batch Brewing Company in Corktown (1400 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48216) to Eastern Market Brewing Co. in the heart of the market district (2051 Grinnell St, Detroit, MI 48207) — your group stays together in a comfortable Detroit winery tour bus rental and skips the parking scramble at every stop. Head north to Ferndale and Royal Oak for craft cocktail bars, or plan a full-day route out to the wine country along Lake Erie in Monroe County. A Sprinter van is a smart fit for smaller tasting groups of 10 to 14; a party bus seats up to 50 for a large pub crawl.

What is Detroitpartybuscompany.com?
Detroitpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request platform for group ground transportation. It lets you compare transportation providers serving Metro Detroit for party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals through a single online form — so you can weigh prices and vehicle options side by side without making a dozen separate phone calls.
What bus size is right for my Detroit group?
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works well for intimate groups like a small bachelorette party or an executive transfer. Party buses seating 15–20 passengers are ideal for birthday nights out and smaller concert runs. Minibuses seating 15–35 cover wedding shuttles and corporate groups moving between Southfield and downtown.
Full-size charter buses seating 40–56 handle large fan groups headed to Ford Field or convention shuttles during the Detroit Auto Show. Not sure? Call 313-487-9260 to help figure out the right fit.
Does Detroitpartybuscompany.com own the vehicles on this site?
No. Detroitpartybuscompany.com does not own any of the vehicles listed on this site. The site lets you compare transportation providers serving your area, each operating its own fleet, so you can find competitive pricing and the vehicle that works for your group.
Can I book a one-way trip or a multi-day package?
Yes. Custom packages including one-ways, round-trips, and multi-day rentals are available. If you need a one-way transfer from DTW to a downtown hotel, or a multi-day wedding weekend shuttle running between a hotel block and multiple venue stops across Metro Detroit, call 313-487-9260 to help put together a package for your specific itinerary.
Popular Detroit Party Bus Destinations
A Detroit party bus itinerary can take your group to some of the most exciting venues and districts in the Midwest. Here’s a look at where Metro Detroit groups go most often — with the ground-level planning details you’ll want before your trip.

Ford Field
Ford Field (2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226) is home to the Detroit Lions and hosts major concerts, WrestleMania, and other stadium-scale events throughout the year, with a capacity of 65,000. On Lions game days, parking in the surrounding downtown blocks sells out for marquee matchups weeks in advance — surface lots on Brush Street and Gratiot run $40 to $60, and the walk from remote parking stretches 15 minutes or more in a Michigan January. Rideshare pickup after games stacks along Bates Street and the surrounding corridors.
Arriving by bus gets your group in together and skips the postgame rideshare queue entirely. See the complete Ford Field bus rental and game-day guide for current lot designations and approach road details before your visit.
Address: 2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226 Phone: (313) 262-2000

Little Caesars Arena
Little Caesars Arena (2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201) opened in 2017 as the shared home of the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Pistons, anchoring the District Detroit development along the Woodward Avenue corridor with a seating capacity around 20,000. Parking structures within the District Detroit development are available but fill fast on weekend nights, and when a national touring act books the arena on an off-game night, Woodward itself backs up through the Temple Street intersection. The rideshare and accessible drop-off area sits along Fisher Service Drive, west of Woodward Avenue — a short walk from the main entrance, per the arena's official venue page.
A charter bus drops your group at the door and waits nearby instead of circling the Woodward and Temple corridor until the show ends.
Address: 2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 Phone: (313) 471-7000

Pine Knob Music Theatre
Pine Knob Music Theatre (33 Bob Seger Dr, Clarkston, MI 48346) is one of the top-grossing outdoor amphitheaters in the country — a 15,000-seat venue about 40 miles north of downtown Detroit that anchors the Midwest summer concert calendar. The I-75 approach and Sashabaw Road consistently log some of the worst post-show traffic in Michigan on sold-out nights, and on a packed evening you can add a full hour to your exit before you’re even back on the freeway. Parking on-site runs $30 and up, and carpooling in separate cars means coordinating exits from different rows of the same lot.
A concert bus puts your group in a climate-controlled cabin on the northbound run and picks everyone up at the designated staging area when the encore ends.
Address: 33 Bob Seger Dr, Clarkston, MI 48346 Phone: (248) 377-0100

Comerica Park
Comerica Park (2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201) is home to the Detroit Tigers, with a capacity around 41,000 and one of the most distinctive ballpark settings in the American League — a Ferris wheel in right field, a tiger statue carousel near the main entrance, and an outfield view of the Detroit skyline. It sits directly across Woodward from Little Caesars Arena, which means on a night when both venues have events, the Woodward and Adams intersection handles two crowds simultaneously. Gameday parking in the Cass Corridor and Midtown lots runs $20 to $40 depending on proximity, and the structures closest to the main gates fill by first pitch on popular summer weekends.
A minibus or party bus drops your crew at the Witherell Street entrance and picks everyone up after the final out.
Address: 2100 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 Phone: (313) 962-4000

Huntington Place
Huntington Place (1 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226) — formerly Cobo Center — is Detroit’s primary convention and event center, sitting on the Riverfront adjacent to the Renaissance Center. It hosts the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) every January, one of the most attended auto shows in the world, along with major trade shows and large-scale events throughout the year. During NAIAS, downtown Detroit parking becomes genuinely difficult — structures along Jefferson Avenue and Washington Boulevard fill by mid-morning, and street enforcement in the Riverfront district tightens significantly for the run of the show.
A charter bus shuttle looping between your hotel and Huntington Place during auto show week is the smoothest way to move a corporate group through two busy weeks without the daily parking scramble.
Address: 1 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226 Phone: (313) 877-8777

Detroit Zoo
The Detroit Zoo (8450 W 10 Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067) is one of the most-visited zoos in the country, drawing more than one million visitors per year to its 125-acre campus in Royal Oak, just north of Detroit via I-75 or Woodward Avenue. School field trips, family reunions, and summer group outings all flow through here, and on peak summer weekends the parking lot off Ten Mile Road fills by mid-morning. The zoo has designated bus drop-off and pickup areas near the main gates, and vehicle parking runs $8 per car or $12 per van or bus — check the official Detroit Zoo directions and parking page for current group access details before your trip.
Advance group admission reservations are recommended for groups of 20 or more. A minibus or charter bus handles the run from anywhere in Metro Detroit and drops the whole group at the main entrance without anyone hunting for a space in the Ten Mile Road corridor.
Address: 8450 W 10 Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067 Phone: (248) 541-5717
